3BR with a fourth room that could be used for office or extra BR
Complete finished basement but wants to see price difference if it's not finished
Attached oversized 2 car garage to fit his diesel in
WOULD LIKE TO HAVE:
in-ground pool Florida style where it can be indoor pool but also open it up to make it outside pool (Nice-to-Have, would like pricing on it)
MOTIVATION:
Got land when they got married, wasn't a good time to build. Price was up and they're at a point now where they've waited long enough
