We're running 1 1/2-inch pipe from the City of Monmouth source on Riddell Road to our house. My rough estimate is the distance is half a mile, maybe a bit more. The pipe will run east to the southern edge of our property, then north through our property to the house. We have an easement filed with the city and project documents from our engineer. We're waiting on a fee estimate from the city. Otherwise, we're depending on estimates from the contractors to help determine if we can afford to green light the project. We are fairly flexible when it comes to meeting with contractors. If you are interested in this project, please reach out. Thank you!
