3 phases of work;
phase1: kitchen rennovation: need to remove load bearing wall..... install a 4x4 post and secure with a beam.... add an island in the kitchen, counter tops and cabinets
phase2: adding an office room, converting laundry room into a bathroom and then doing an addition for an 0ffice room 18 ft by 8 x 6 long, adding a front porch roof in entry way
phase3: dining room, removing 2 double windows to add in the sliding door.... wants to put a small patio and the pavers that are 15x20 ft long
