Paint Work
Painting (walls, ceiling, trim) for an old bedroom, approximately 160 sq. ft. Will need some wall patching. Old existing paint, probably oil-based, to be dealt with.
Trim around door and baseboard on one wall in second bedroom. Door to bedroom if it can be patched (unhappy teen kicked it); otherwise, door to be replaced and then painted. If interested, please contact me.
