Basement Finish
We have a 945 square foot unfinished walkout basement. We want to get quotes for finishing it with and without a full bath. We are likely to dry wall the ceiling with recessed (canned lighting) while boxing in behind stairs unfinished for storage. The unfinished storage area would include the heater and hot water tank. We have 400amps electric. There are some other items in the finished areas to be boxed in, e.g., posts, electric boxes, and access to main water line.
