Cracks, Leaks where the roof meets the east side wall. Wall will need to be torn out & re-done. Exterior walls are made up of concrete-like plaster. Also, looking to get the WHOLE house repainted along with some restoration work on the Spanish tiled chimney that’s on the Sun-deck roof. Want Electrical switch box to be turned around to face the interior of the garage instead of the outside. Plus, 2 new additions: New BBQ grill & Spiral Staircase with disposal of the originals.
