Multi-Basement Work
We had a small flood in our finished basement due to a sump pump malfunction. The service pro has remedied the water problem. We need to fix drywall and put back baseboards and recarpet. We would also like to consider putting in a basement bathroom as well. There is roughed-in plumbing for a bathroom from when the house was built, but no existing bathroom currently.
