Build a 12'x24' deck with a wheelchair ramp. Deck will be attached to the house and have railing except where steps are located. One 3' wide step on one end of the deck and a 6' wide step on the long side of the deck leading out to a gazebo of no less than 12x12. The gazebo pad will be stamped concrete. The gazebo itself will not be part of this project.
