We have permit plans attached. We are renovating a kitchen, moving some walls in the space, closing up walls, renovating bathrooms, etc. We would need hvac, electrical, drywall, tile, and plumbing. We are flexible on the budget but we would like to keep it low. The client would also like to reside in the house if possible.
