Bathroom Remodel
I want to update the bathtub for a shower and put glass around it, and change the faucet.
**Please note** Contractor MUST provide the following to the management office before renovations:
*Alteration Agreement (annexed).
*Certificate of Insurance (Umbrella Policy with a limit of $2 Million).
*Proof of workers' Compensation.
*Scope of work from the contractor.
*Copy of specialty license.
