Bathroom Remodel
We would like to remodel two of our bathrooms. The house is located in Mt. Vernon, WA.
Here is a list of the big things that need to be done.
Hallway bathroom (almost all materials at the site already):
- replace toilet, add bidet seat (electric and water already available close by)
- replace the 32" (same location and same size)
- replace corner shower (same location). - new walk in shower (no border) window panels in same corner location; extend it a few inches along the two back walls + tiles (floor and walls); new valve; drain work required
- install medicine cabinet with light built in - will need some electric work
- install three or four spotlights in ceiling
- replace existing in ceiling bathroom exhaust fan with in ceiling (behind the drywall) silent exhaust fan (aria ...
