Whole Home Remodel
We are in the process of selling a home in Mountlake Terrace. The city has put a stop order on our house because we have an extra building that was made into an ADU without the proper permits. It cannot be permitted as an ADU because it is too close to the back property line. Therefore, we need to convert it back into a "shed," which is what it was permitted for in the beginning. We also have entered into an agreement with a buyer, so we are in a bit of a time crunch.
We need a contractor to get the appropriate permits from the city, find out what work is needed to pass inspections, do the work and get the final permitting as a shed. We also need a contractor that is available right away.
