Deck Repair
Repair/restore deck 12’ from the ground to satisfy safety, structural integrity, and code compliance.
The scope of work involves replacing most of the 4 x 4 posts holding the railing, replacing the railing cap, and straightening the bowing of the railing. Replacing railing if needed and checking if any additional bracing needs doing under deck and replacing any compromised members under deck floor, support structure, which seems to be ok.
