HVAC Work
I’d like to request a quote for diagnosing and repairing two issues with my Bosch HVAC system, installed in 2025. (The home is new to us—we’ve only been here for two weeks—and we do not know who installed the equipment.)
The system is a split heat pump with the following components:
Outdoor unit: Bosch BOVA-36HDN1-M15G
Indoor air handler: Johnson Controls EBE15A with 15 kW heat strips
Evaporator coil: CM36A34-177L-000
The issues are:
Indoor air handler noise – At night, the air handler produces a rattling or humming sound, possibly from the blower or coil. It doesn’t appear to affect performance, but it is disruptive.
Condensate drainage – Condensate from the evaporator coil is dripping directly onto the crawl space vapor barrier instead of draining properly. The drain line ends ...
