Multi-Room Remodel
Tear down existing deck. Install downstairs bedroom and bathroom and upstairs dining room with natural light. Include exterior stairs on the back of the house. Downstairs would require door between existing space and new space.
Would like to replace existing fireplaces with an elevator.
The entire project would need to allow for additional build ons. That would potentially be an added covered patio or sunroom for the downstairs.
