I am seeking pricing on a bathroom remodeling project. The bathroom is 36 square feet (84” x 63”). The bathroom is currently a half bath, although we are aware that it was once a full bath before we owned the house. We are looking to add a stand-up shower and move the other fixtures to a new layout. As part of this project, we’d also like to replace the cast iron plumbing stack, which currently runs through a plumbing chase in this bathroom. The cast iron stack has a very slight leak in the basement and is end of life. We would like that stack replaced with PVC, and ideally we’d like to eliminate the chase and run the stack inside the wall.
