Roofing Replacement
I want to start with a roof replacement that includes some fascia and soffit repair, some roof sheathing replacement, and gutter repair. A 2nd floor bathroom ceiling must also be replaced, properly vented, and reinsulated due to water damage. 2nd phase of remodel includes floor & tile repair in 2nd floor bathroom, mold mitigation & water proofing around tub + new tub/shower surround in 1st floor bathroom. 3rd phase is a kitchen family room remodel that is primarily kitchen floor repair (water damage) and new flooring in a room of approximately 24' x 15'. I've received estimates from three contractors for roofing work with wildly differing total costs. I need advice about how to proceed, and what to expect for this roofing project cost.
