Building Plan and Design
We will be leasing a warehouse, which we plan to use for storing finished, packaged coffee products. There will be no major construction. We are only adding storage racks inside the warehouse. I was informed by New Castle County that we will need a Non-Residential Renovation Tenant Fit-Out Permit due to the installation of these racks. As part of the permit requirements, we must submit a building plan signed and sealed by a Delaware-registered design professional (either an architect or engineer). Could you please guide me through this process? Additionally, can you provide an estimate of the cost for preparing a signed and sealed building plan? Please let me know if this is something you can assist with. Thank you!
