The 10 Best Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling Contractors in New Orleans, LA

This is a typical 5x7 bath with tub, tile surround, toilet and single vanity that needs everything , and possibly the tile floor, replaced. A fiberglass tub and surround would be fine. I would also like a ceiling fan added. I am anxious to get going as soon as possible. This is one side of a double originally built in 1930, bit I believe it has been remodeled since. The unit is currently unoccupied. I'm here in California, and my daughter is in New Orleans to meet with contractors. Need to get bids on rennovation based on blueprints & specs. We are claiming historic credit and work must be accurate. If the bids for renovation project are too high, we need bid on small job to correct wall in bathroom and retile kitchen. In other words if we cannot afford the renovation now, we will either sell house or continue to rent it.
