Porch Repairs
UPSTAIRS porch:
- remove : dispose the current flooring ( pavers, subfloor). Maybe 180 to 200 SF- / - -Disinfect and dry out all structural framing
- install new sub floor and probably exterior tile and sealer on floor
- possibly install all new storm windows; note: porch has 2 exterior walls probably 25 lineal feet or so.
DOWNSTAIRS porch/patio:
- Remove / dispose ~~ 200 SF of ceiling
- once upper structural members are treated to insure no Mold or mildew ,
- install and paint new drywall ceiling. Insure wiring to ceiling fan is safe and working.
