Refrigeration System Replacements
We run equipment that requires a 60° constant water temperature, which produces about 30 tons of heat.
We presently have a refrigeration unit that’s about 15 years old and are looking to improve efficiency by changing to a more cost-effective system like a cooling tower. We presently use about $35,000 of electricity a year to satisfy the situation, and I’m looking to get this down to 1/3 of the cost.
