screened porch
We have an existing 12 x 20 foot deck that we want screened in with a knee wall. The bottom of the gutters is not even 8', so the porch roof would need to be pitched from the existing roof (we want a single roof, not a gable). We planned on shingles to reduce the pitch, but would consider metal if recommended. The footings are about 11' out, so the roof / screened in part would be closer to 11' x 20'. We would like to get a quote for the entire job and a secondary quote for if we did the screening ourselves. Located in Newington. Thank you. – Megan
