Interior Painting
All interior walls and ceilings already have one coat of primer (drywall crew primed and touched up).
Designer will select final paint colors later (include assumption of 2 coats finish).
Sheen: Standard high-end finish (eggshell/satin for walls, flat for ceilings, semi-gloss for trim).
Baseboards: High-end sheen, durable against scuffs (semi-gloss or enamel).
Doors: Must be sanded and sprayed with lacquer finish (high quality smooth spray).
Include closets, utility rooms, garage, etc. (specify whether garage ceiling/walls get same finish or not).
Preparation
Caulking at trim joints.
Light sanding between coats.
Masking floors, cabinetry, windows, and fixtures.
