Architectural Plans
There's a major renovation on a home built in 1940. I am looking to see if the house is structurally fit to have an open-room concept and a second floor.
Basement: the other half is a crawl space; knock out the cement wall and build it further in. We will need i-beams.
We need an architect for the plans, doing the work themselves.
