Foundation Stabilization Work
The seller lied on the disclosure form. The inspector glossed over the foundation problem. A new inspection 18 months later shows the foundation is failing. I need to prevent the house from getting any worse while I pursue legal options. I do not want the repair that would rehab the foundation. I'm only seeking the temporary fix. I've been talking with McKinley Bank about financing, but we can't move forward until I have an estimate.
I have difficulty using the phone. I wear hearings aids, but only for the phone, so I need time to put them in. I prefer text-based communication, but I can deal with the phone if I have advance notice. I'm also fine on Zoom. If anyone wants to call, please ask them to send a text first.
