Trying to get in on the first 5 Acre lot .3 miles in off 171 N, land developer stated all utilities ad clearing would be in place. Based on Robert Shoemakers schedule and Alabama Power and Light Etc. I would light 8/2025. But that does seem tight. Looking at 2000 to 250 SF 2-bedroom 3.5 bath open floor plan, 3 car car port and possibly 3 car garage with possible living expansion above.
