Flooring Work
I've laid down a 3/4 plywood subfloor after sistering on new joists. The house was built in 1926, some of it even earlier. I want to just lay a 3" x 3/4 white oak floor. It will be finished later, after walls and ceilings are sheet-rocked. The plaster (all cracked) has been taken down from the walls.
