Termite Damage Repair
We had our roof replaced last January due to raccoon damage. We had a temporary patch that allowed water into the roof while waiting for a replacement. We had requested that the roofing company remove the wet insulation, but we're not sure if that was completed. We noticed holes in the ceiling drywall, and I went to try and just do a simple patch and found termites. Would like a quote on removing the drywall and insulation.
That way we can get it treated and also then get a quote for repair or replacement of any damaged joist. It is a vaulted ceiling
Remove drywall from the ceiling and insulation so that we can see the damage to the joist. I'm available all week.
