Repair tubing leading to an air vent to prevent condensation leaks. Other possibilities include the option to install the same laminate or luxury vinyl plank flooring on the top floor. (2) Drywall repair in the master bath, bedroom, and morning room. (3) Removal of the partial wall between the dining room and kitchen.
