Architectural Planning and Design
I'm looking for a local space planner to help us first with the design. We have an unfinished basement. Have already had French drains, a sump pump, and egress put in. We have an idea of what we want down there—bedroom, office, rec room, sewing room, shop, bathroom, laundry—but need help planning that out. 1957 ranch house. We don't believe we can move the stairs. The basement was roughed in for a bathroom. Laundry and a sink are already down here.
