Looking to have 2 ceilings patched, skimmed, sanded and painted. Approx. 450 sq. ft. each.
Also looking to have waterproof vinyl flooring installed on my upper level_(3 bedrooms and a hallway) approx. 450 sq. ft. and 2 stairwells.
