Addition Finishing
I hired a contractor to complete a bonus room addition to my home. The contractor was terminated due to poor workmanship and failure to complete the project.
Flooring: The floor was not installed correctly. The floor joists were placed too far apart, creating an unstable
Roofing: The contractor added a shed-style roof with no proper pitch, which prevents adequate drainage and poses a risk of leaks and structural damage.
Electrical and Plumbing: Electrical wiring and plumbing were not completed.
