Home Addition
We have an active addition build, permits are in process, and plans are finalized. I'm looking for a GC.
If you're available, I'd appreciate the chance to have you come by and take a look at the project on the site.
The project is at the point where the foundation is set. Some plumbing. Windows. Framing.
Needs to be bid from here.
The permit is close to finishing; we just need to finish the septic.
I had a contractor start the project, then leave. I'm ready to get going again; the project has been sitting for a while.
