Roof shingle replacement
My roof is 3 tab and 33 years old. Guarenteed for 30. I need to replace my shingles before they fail. I want to replace them with a good quality architectual shingle. I want to have the best underlayment to date. I understand that there my be some plywood replacement which will be found after the removal of the shingles. I believe I put 28 square on my home and attached garage.
