Exterior paint & primer repair – quote request.
A portion of the home's exterior requires new paint and primer. The previous paint job lacked primer, causing the paint to peel significantly on the sun-exposed side of the house, which heats up quickly.
I am the first long-term tenant and have addressed water damage to the roof and walls. The homeowner, who lives out of town, has not seen the damage but is eager to have it repaired promptly.
