Incomplete repair from Hurricane Michael. Insurance company cut off my THIRD contractor and I sued. Settlement was reached just a few weeks ago in my favor.
House has a roof so it is dry, but interior is gutted. No cabinets, no flooring, no HVAC, no walls or ceilings, just bare framing. Some exterior repairs done before the insurance lawsuit. Impact windows are onsite but not installed. 3 sides are brick with T1-11 gables and porch. Rear of house has plywood up but no siding, but T1-11 panels are stacked inside. Some electrical done but not inspected. House is 1350 to 1400 sq. feet, 3 BR 2 bath, 2-car garage.
