My sister and I inherited my dad's home. I had stopped talking to my sister due to disagreements on what to do with the house. I've been researching for a general contractor for residents and can't seem to really find the right contractor. Replace the cast iron bathtub. I do not want to replace the tile on the walls. I understand that the bottom row of tile and the trim will need to be replaced after the new tub is installed. I will get this replaced. Floor tile is just stuck on and can easily be removed to make room for tub. I can remove this. Tub: 58 inches long, 29 inches wide, 15 inches high from floor to top of tub.
