Finish basement

I am looking to finish my basement and would like to request a detailed quote for the following scope of work:
1. Waterproofing & Drainage
• Install a full French drain system around the perimeter of the basement with sump pump integration.
• Ensure proper grading and drainage for long-term protection against water intrusion.
2. Framing & Closets
• Frame and build a utility closet to enclose the furnace, hot water heater, and other mechanicals.
• Frame and build a separate closet enclosure around the sump pump for easy access and maintenance.
• Construct a standard bedroom closet with doors and shelving.
3. Bathroom Installation
• Rough-in plumbing and install a full bathroom, including shower, toilet, vanity, and proper ventilation.
