Water in the yard after rain, just lays there. In the winter, water freezes and pushes up on back porch, causing cracks to the cement, and pushing one of 3 bricked porch columns out of alignment. My best guess, is that we need French drains installed in the yard to pull water away from the house, the back porch floor will need re-cemented, and one of the Porch columns holding the porch up will need re-bricked.
