Power Room Flooring Redo Work
Project: Redo flooring in a small powder room.
-We have a small powder room (apx 5 foot wide by 4 foot deep) addition on the first floor
-The surface floor boards (lifeproof waterproof rigid core vinyl plank flooring) have weakened
-Resulting in leakage from the toilet seal and further deterioration of these floorboards
-The plumber suggested that there is either no sub floor or that the sub floor is damaged
-From original installation 7 years ago, we have a box of unopened which can be used for this redo.
