Demolition Work
I'm writing to request a demolition quote for three burned and condemned properties. The city has issued a condemnation notice, and we are looking for a qualified contractor to handle the demolition.
The first two properties are a single brick structure, a two-story multifamily home built in 1900. It has a total interior living area of approximately 4,100 square feet and sits on a 3,480-square-foot lot.
The third property is on a separate 3,400-square-foot parcel. Public records do not have a listed square footage for this structure, and the home type is unknown.
For all three properties, we would like the foundation to be broken up and used as fill, followed by leveling the land and planting grass with straw.
