Architectural Assessment
At this time, I am only looking for a consultation to help assess a property I'm considering purchasing. The property is a relatively raw lot with a driveway and well - That's all. I need help to understand the feasibility to develop this property with a house (I.e., legal/code considerations as well as structural safety and soundness). I expect I'll also need a referral for an engineer, but I'd like to start with a consultation with an architect with experience in this area.
