1. Cooling: I have swamp coolers upstairs and downstairs that I want to convert to refrigerated AC. Upstairs is already ducted; downstairs is adobe and is not ducted. 2. Heating: I want the downstairs unit to also include heating. The upstairs already has an old operating propane furnace, which might need to be replaced. 3. Split Repair: I have a Mitsubishi split unit downstairs, which has a coolant leak but still works. It is 10 years old, so maybe it should just be replaced.
