Design: Split of Lemon Tree Franchise Ti
There is a shell approximately 1268 sq ft. Unit used to be a barber shop and there is plumbing "capped" behind the drywall. We are looking to place a hair salon into the unit. The salon will have 3-4 shampoo bowls, a new water heater, electrical, and be home to 8 stylist stations. We have a vendor for the stylists cabinets, but we will need the cabinets hung. We will also need walls put up to create an office and breakroom.
