Multi-Room Remodel
Single-story house in Plant City. Want to upgrade the master bathroom and secondary bathroom. Secondary bathroom would be lighting upgrades, flooring, surround of tub, sink, and surrounding cabinet. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower that would replace all tile. It is a three-section room and would need new flooring. The walk-in shower would need to be gutted and redone. Everything else needs to be modernized other than the toilet. Nothing lavish. Will also need flooring throughout the rest of the house. Currently, carpet everywhere except for bathrooms wants to get rid of that and replace it with natural slate, potentially since you have that purchased already but could look at tile.
