Septic Tanks and Systems
We are considering purchasing this home and need information regarding the cost of the septic system for a flex space for my brother, as it depends on whether we purchase the home. I have spoken with the TN Septic Permitting Dept., and they recommended speaking to a specialist as yourself regarding the cost of putting in a separate septic tank for one person with a 110' line from the already built detached garage versus modifying the existing system in place for a 3-bedroom home that has a 1000-gal tank by adding a 110' line to the current system. The land is flat.
