Roof Work
I am planning the build of a roof over my existing deck of my home on Apple Crest Court. I have started the design process with TK Design (the same design firm you used for a home recently being built).
They advised to have a builder (general contractor) in mind as the design process starts, as it's better to have the builder involved in the design process to make the design more efficient to build in the end.
I understand you're a builder in Plymouth to see if you're willing to oversee and lead the project (build). It is not a big project, but it must be done right (no shortcuts), as I want it to be functional and add value to my home. I'd much appreciate his involvement, knowing the meticulous work that has been done on your house.
