Roofing
Roof is approx 20 years old. Shows exceptional wear on southern exposure. Have a 5-6 year old addition with apparent problems in the matching of the old roof. Attic has signs of leakage but no idea when that occurred. Old portion has cracking and areas where the shingles are not sealed down. Roof has 16 solar panels on it. Roof granules are largely missing on much of roof, especially the southern exposure.
