Deck Work
Hi, we are looking at a 1.2 acre site that is square that we want to put a parking deck on. It will include a 3000 sf branch bank on first floor. Height limit is 35 ft including the parapet. Top floor would be open deck. Do you do layouts and budgets (design build). We are exploring the site and trying to understand feasibility before we move forward.
