Residential Remodel
The flooring needs to be replaced in the water closet and the vanity attached.
All the testing for mold, asbestos etc. came back negative. Restore U would have the reports. The job is ready to go for repair.
The north wall of the commode needs to have drywall replaced and painted. (I have the paint from the repairs a year ago.)
There are some pieces left from the laminate floor, I believe, in her garage. Purchased from Home Depot. I hope they still carry that particular product.
The toilet will need to be set once the floor is in.
Timing is critical. I have had her at a local hotel with her careproviders as well. In the time at the hotel she came down with Covid and then I got it from her! Tomorrow is my last day to wear a mask and it will have been ten days since I came down with ...
